We want to partner with creative chefs/cooks, prep-cooks, baristas and hospitality lovers who love good food, care in a kitchen, honest communication, and the energy of a restaurant that embraces hospitality.
We want to grow to energize and nurture something real in St. Petersburg, FL — for a counter-service restaurant where guests order at the counter, runners keep the room flowing, and everyone is seen as vital to the whole rhythm.

Hospitality Driven
What we're intending to bring to life is a restaurant that is supported by all local farmers. Simple, but creative food that serves the community. And a devotion to service, friendship, helping, and growing. With a focus not on striving towards it, but building ways in which we grow and thrive. By being curious, we find the skills, gifts, talents, and rhythms we shape together.
We are open to a range of kitchen staff. We are needing support from at least 2 to 3 well seasoned chefs/cooks, and a prep cook.
But this isn't required for everyone.
This endeavor will ask for some devotion, and consistency, but the door is open to someone who loves food, is curious about cooking and/or rich farm ingredients. Giving to the community, having a voice in how we learn, lead, and serve. Don't let your experience (or perceived lack) detour you from the invitation.
If you enjoy structure or even are drawn to working somewhere that cares about structure and planning, we'd love for you to join us.
If you want to visit some farms, curious to meet new people, learn skills and enjoy coordination, it can be a lot, but also so much fun.
Our vision is counter ordering with runners (please don't literally run) service.
Dishwashers as well are a vital part of the service. We know dish isn't "back there".
Baristas, who love serving. We intend to offer coffee and smoothies.
We are looking to have a group service session interviews where everyone can get to serve with one another, but please reach out before then.
We know hospitality is a choice, and not a job, it's not something that you need, it's something you are and we become together.
